Chart notes
MR TITO'S well placed and outside, gained a striking position three wide through the second turn, bid outside the leader into the stretch, edged ahead at the furlong marker, shook clear, then lasted under steady pressure. ORAZIO mid pack, gained position on the two path through the second turn, came through on that path into the stretch, was blocked and boxed, angled out when clear, made a steady gain and missed. TIZ TACT TOE allowed to settle, moved up while angling out through the second turn, came widest into the stretch, made a steady gain and edged up for the show. SECRETARY OF WAR mid pack, gained position three and four wide through the second turn, came four wide into the stretch, drifted in, weakened and held a share. SPETTACOLI (ARG) tracked the pace well back, gained position inside through the second turn, came through inside of rivals into the stretch, then weakened late. CREATIVE CHOICE sprinted away from the field in the early going, stayed on when challenged into the stretch, then faded the final furlong. GIANT PAYDAY was no factor. C THE KING allowed to settle, moved up three and four wide through the second turn, angled out in the stretch and had no rally.
