RUNAWAY BEAUTY saved ground on the first turn then eased out into the backstretch and rated close, pulled herself to the lead in the four path midway on the far turn, raced clear approaching the top of the lane and widened under a hand ride. WHAT'SHERNAME was fractious in the paddock, stalked two deep then challenged at the three eighths pole, raced close off the rail through the far turn and dueled to clear second late yards. IMPRESSIONISM rated close inside the first turn, picked up the chase approaching seven sixteenths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn then angled out mid-stretch and dug in to recover third the final stride. KRISTINACHRYSALIS rated a slim lead inside, came under pressure nearing the five sixteenths pole, was caught at the rail midway on the far turn and flattened into the lane. LONA LEE settled off the rail the first turn, was forced out and steadied in tight between horses into the backstretch then gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole, raced in the three path on the far turn and flattened in the lane. JUMPIN JACK BRASS raced three wide on the first turn, picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn near the rail and flattened stride. The Stewards reviewed, and rejected, a claim of foul against the rider of Runaway Beauty for alleged interference in the vicinity of the half mile pole, lodged by the rider of Lona Lee.
