Chart notes
LA POPIS saved ground while being reserved off the early pace, came three-wide into the stretch, took the lead nearing the eighth pole and won going away. LUVAHAPPYENDING dropped back early, rallied five-wide into the stretch and closed strongly. CONFIDENCE BUILDER vied with MEAN SHARON for the lead while two-wide, shook that one off entering the stretch and held on fairly well when headed for thurd. MEAN SHARON vied for the lead from along the inside to the stretch and weakened. TIZ FOR REAL was unhurried early, came six-wide into the stretch but lacked a rally. SQUARE FOOTAGE was allowed to settle while racing two-wide, angled out four-wide nearing the quarter pole to offer a bid and then flattened out during the drive. FOR YOU ONLY disputed the issue for a half mild while three-wide and tired.
