Chart notes
RIVER DANCE was unhurried early, moved up along the inside on the turn, angled out to be three-wide nearing the eighth pole and was up in the final sixteenth to win drawing clear. BUMPING RIVER was reserved off the early pace then moved up three-wide nearing the quarter pole, was carried out by PRANCING MATILDA nearing the three-sixteenths pole and finished well for second when clear in a steady effort. SENSIBLE LUTE set the pace into the stretch while racing two-wide and weakened slightly late. PRANCING MATILDA prompted the pace from along the inside, drifted out four-wide nearing the three-sixteenths pole and tired. KOOL KADILLAC settled in the middle of the field while racing three-wide and lacked a rally. CLEARWATER BELLE was ground while being allowed to settle and failed to be a factor.
