ALLO ENRY was forwardly placed from the onset, tracked the leader around the first turn and up the backstretch, vied for the lead with HIDE THE DEMON at the quarter pole, continued to match strides to the furlong marker, came under right handed pressure, responded and edged away. HIDE THE DEMON led the way around the first turn and continued on top through the backstretch, vied for the lead with ALLO ENRY at the quarter pole, continued to match strides into the lane, could not move on late but remained clearly second best. ITWASTHISBIG raced off the top pair up the backstretch, picked up the pace three wide late on the far turn, ran on into upper stretch then evened in the final furlong and secured a share. SEASIDE BOY raced in the back through early stages, picked up the pace late on the backstretch, moved up four wide to race in range late on the far turn then flattened in the lane. PITTSBURGH showed brief response then steadily retreated.
