VALIDATE saved ground while being unhurried, slipped through entering the stretch, angled out to be three-wide nearing the eighth pole and was up with a late rush. PRINCE OF LUCK dueled with MOJAVE from the start racing along the inside and just failed to last in a game effort. MOJAVE dueled with PRINCE OF LUCK from along the outside and held on well for third in a steady effort. WESTERN RULE dropped back early, came five-wide into the stretch and went evenly. I'M CORFU saved ground tracking the pace, angled out to be three-wide entering the stretch but lacked a rally.
