Chart notes
VICTORIA'S CHARGE vied for the lead, raced in the two path, retained a comfortable lead and was an uncontested winner. KNIGHTLINE stalked from the rail, settled briefly into the turn, came back, entered the stretch in second, took aim at the leader but was no match, held sway for the place position. UNCLE PETE dropped back early, raced along the rail and saved ground, bid at the half mile pole, improved position, gained ground, found his best stride late finishing third. LUCKY CODE was off of the pace, raced four and five wide, launched a bid at the half mile pole, improved position, circled while racing wisest through the turn, shifted into the seven path into the upper stretch, finished flat. SURROUNDEDBYANGELS stalked four wide, launched a bid at the three eighths pole, was in contention and challenged for the lead at the quarter pole, then flattened out and was eased late. PHAROAHS LIST had no impact.
