Chart notes
BLAZE BEAUTY broke inward, bumping FLATHEAD FINALE, raced in the second flight just outside the latter, roused three wide on the bend, came widest into the lane, was all out and got up in time. BREAKFASTRUN vied for the lead inside rivals from the beginning, moved clear inside the final furlong but did not have enough left nearing the wire. FLATHEAD FINALE bumped and forced into SKIP THE FORMALITY at the start, was prominent just behind the early speed, boxed in through the turn, got through three wide upper stretch, rallied between rivals in the late going, came up a bit short but was easily best of the others. AIR GERRI vied for the lead just outside BREAKFASTRUN to upper stretch then began to wear down. IT'S ON angled in with a half mile to go, was just off the inside on the bend, fanned out some for the stretch run and had little to offer. SKIP THE FORMALITY moved up to contention along the rail on the turn but gave way for the drive.
