Chart notes
PENNY LOAFER was well rated along the inside, made a inside bid leaving the turn , then continued that rally up the rail to edged clear to prove best under a drive. MOSE PERFECT was four wide into the first turn, prompted the pace three wide and made a three wide bid on the far turn to vie for command, came three wide off the bend and battled on but was out-kicked by the winner while holding on to the place award. ENERGY EFFICIENT steadied at the break, then steadied on the first turn, then had to check hard leaving the three quarter marker, then settled into stride, came four wide off the bend and closed well to just miss the place award, brutal trip early. TOPS THE CHART set a pressured pace to the inside of ENERGY EFFICENT while in the two path, then dueled for command off the turn and dug in but gave way grudgingly. AMERICAN LAW tracked the pace from between rivals throughout, then was sent down leaving the three sixteenths, angled in by the sixteenth marker but had no punch. CAJUN DREAM was well rated early three wide, made a four wide move on the far turn, came five wide into the lane but flattened out the final furlong.
