STEWIE broke out at the start, showed the way in hand six paths off the inside down the backstretch, tucked to the two path near the half mile pole, came under coaxing near the quarter pole and spun just off the inside into upper stretch, dug in under threat from a pair of rivals and was nailed in the final jumps to the finish. APOLLO CODE chased three to four wide, tipped out five wide coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, went seven wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive issuing a challenge inside the final eighth and just missed at the end. GRAYWING broke out at the start, chased three to four wide to the half mile pole, tucked to the two path through the turn and was patiently handled until set down spinning two to three wide into upper stretch, then weakened in the late stages. BRICK AMBUSH coaxed from the gate, chased three to four wide until tucked inside half a mile from home, angled out six to seven wide into upper stretch, offered no response. CAMM' DUKE got bumped at the start by VERY STORMY, who shied out from STEWIE breaking outwards, chased seven to eight paths off the inside down the backstretch and then four wide through the turn coming under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, angled five wide into upper stretch, weakened. VERY STORMY shied out at the start when STEWIE broke outwards and in turn bumped CAMM' DUKE, chased four to five wide, got tipped six wide near the three-eighths when APOLLO CODE tipped out to his inside to the five path, came under coaxing at that station, went seven wide into upper stretch and trailed.
