Chart notes
HEY BOOTS took a quick lead and moved to the inside to show the way, was urged at the rail nearing the quarter pole then steadily handled in the lane. IMPERIAL KING gave chase through the backstretch, raced close off the rail on the turn and ran evenly in the lane. HEADS OR TAILS gave chase, rounded the turn off the rail, eased outward nearing the head of the lane and finished evenly to take third the final strides. ADVANCE CASH chased, raced at the rail on the turn then eased out into the lane but flattened later yards. PRIZE FIGHTER gave chase, raced in the five path on the turn and showed little in the lane. ISLAND D'LITE gave chase, raced off the rail on the turn and passed rivals in the lane. MONTAUK DADDY gave chase then weakened in the three and four paths on the turn. RUN TO DAYLIGHT gave chase and entered the turn about the four path, entered the stretch in the six path and weakened.
