Chart notes
THOUGHT advanced inside down the backstretch, vied at the rail around the turn, re-rallied inside of the pacesetter and dug in gamely to narrowly prevail. LIGHTNING TONES was bumped at the start, raced off the pace two wide, tipped three wide near the quarter pole, closed outside, reached even terms late and lost the head bob. CONCRETE GLORY set the pace two wide, led to deep stretch and was outfinished between foes. BELTS 'N BROOKS chased the pace three wide and lacked the needed rally. PROVERB bumped at the start, raced five wide and never threatened. MR JACK chased the pace four wide and faded after a half. CROSS HASTE had early speed inside and dropped back around the turn.
