SUMMER SNOW had a slim lead on the rail quickening the pace up top along the backside, inched away on the fence from the pesky early speed foe by the quarter pole, spurted away for a bigger advantage turning for home and finished up well enough to comfortably prevail at the wire. SILENT GUROO confronted the pacesetter along the backstretch, threw it down forcing the issue outside to open up on the field dueling for the lead at the half, could not reel in the winner with two furlongs remaining and chased to no avail through the stretch running. BLAZING SKY stalked in the third flight on the outside, made little impression around the bend, angled five wide at the top of the lane and had a good late run to get up for a dead heat for third at the wire outside. ALA TURKA travelled in midfield on the outside, moved in three wide on the turn for the show award, continued to duel with an inside foe for that placing down the lane, put that one away late but had to share the third spot with the oncoming outside challenger who closed in late. MRS. DEL settled on the rail in mid-division, kept pace on the fence throughout the turn, shifted out two wide between runners with three sixteenths from the wire, battled inside for the show money down the stretch but faded just before the wire to be on the losing end of that three-way photo. KNOW HOW (GB) co-trailed at the half on the outside, made little advancement outside around the turn, angled out four wide but failed to menace down the stretch. FRERET broke out on the start, liked what she saw while all alone watching the embattled duo in the early parts of the race, had nothing more to offer by mid-stretch and gave way inside late. MI TORMENTA veered in on the break, co-trailed on the inside at the half, took the short way around but could not make up any ground on the leaders through the turn and failed to fire inside rivals in the stretch drive.
