HELLO SUNSHINE saved ground while being close-up, angled out nearing the stretch to be seven-wide, caught the leaders nearing the eighth pole and prevailed under strong handling. EDISTO AIKEN saved ground while being allowed to settle and then finished strongly for second from along the inside. KALADIN vied with SIR CHANCE A LOT for the lead from along the outside, was carried out by that one to be six-wide entering the stretch and then continued on well for third in a steady effort. SIR CHANCE A LOT vied with KALADIN for the lead from along the inside, drifted out nearing the three-sixteenths pole to be five-wide entering the stretch and weakened late. NOTTURNO was reserved off the pace while racing three-wide and lacked a rally. DOOR GUNNER JOE dropped back early and trailed.
