Chart notes
HIGHWAY ROBBER settled well back along the inside, pursued between horses around the far turn, brushed an outer foe while attempting to split rivals entering the lane, swung out to the six path in upper stretch, rallied to bid outside of the new leader at the furlong grounds, dueled with that one through the late stages and prevailed via a head-bob. BOLD ACT (IRE) broke a step slow whlie last away, laid off of the pace two to three wide, then five wide around the final turn, advanced to bid at the three sixteenths pole, led leaving that station, dug in to resist an outer challenge at the furlong grounds, sparred gamely with that one through the late stages but missed the head bob at the wire. UTAH BEACH bumped with an outer rival at the start, laid off of the pace along the inside, moved two wide and between horses turning for home, chased willingly to vie for show entering the final sixteenth and edged that position. DATAMAN stalked closest to the leader and from the two path, bid outside of that one turning for home, led into the lane, but was headed by an outer bidder leaving the three sixteenths pole and gave way while hanging on his left lead. SUGOI stalked in the three path early on, then along the inside around the second turn, pursued three wide around the far turn, chased between horses entering the lane and yielded. TAWNY PORT was bumped between horses at the start, lacked speed three to two wide and made little impact. BIG BLUE LINE bumped with an inner foe at the start, trailed in the three path, saved ground thereafter, advanced inside of foes while under strong urging around teh far turn, but encountered traffic in upper stretch, altered three wide in midstretch and failed to menace. OHANA HONOR tracked two wide, then faded three wide and between horses into the far turn. CATHKIN PEAK (IRE) showed the way in the two path, got headed by an outer bidder turning for home and weakened through the final furlong. ALWAYS ABOVE lacked speed two wide and between horses, trailed in the four path around the final turn and made little impact. VERSTAPPEN tracked along the inside, pursued four wide and between horses around the far turn, took contact from an inner rival entering the lane and faded.
