THE JUDGE AND JURY was well rated early, saved ground on the turn, made a inside bid leaving the turn and edged clear in the final sixteenth to prove best under a drive. TERMSOFENGAGEMENT set the early pace and drew out by the five sixteenths while in the two path, then was confronted by the winner inside the furlong grounds and was outfinished while being clearly second best. TAKESCHARGESMILING moved off the inside leaving the five eighths marker, tracked the leader three wide on the turn and faded in the drive, held show award. AMERICAN LAW was settled early two wide, then dropped to the inside on the far turn and lacked the needed winning bid. GENGHIS was reserved early, three wide off the turn and had no rally. THREETHIRTYTHREE bobbled at the break, five wide by the quarter pole and came wide into the lane and had no rally. RUN POPPY off a step slow, then was settled early, three to four wide on the turn and had no response.
