Chart notes
FULL TIME STRUTIN pressed the pace from three wide through the turn, took command in upper stretch, drifted in midway down the lane crossing rivals path and finished willingly to be clear and hold the closer safe. PRANCIPANTS tracked the leaders to the turn, was caught in behind a wall of runners on the bend, waited for racing room, closed well late. BANNED FROM MIDWAY was well placed just off the leaders to the five-sixteenths pole, rallied up the fence cutting the corner though a narrow opening in upper stretch, was taken up when the winner drifted in halfway down the lane, angled back to the clear and finished willingly. SABELLE set a pressured pace to the top of the lane and kept-on down the lane to be best of the rest while unable to keep up with the battling top trio. DANCE STEP stalked the pace from four wide through the turn and flattened out lacking a closing bid. FUTURE FLAY trailed most of the way and never posed a threat. CLIFTONS BALLERINA unhurried to be near the rear of the field turning for home, angled wide for the drive and finished one-paced. THE RIDER OF BANNED FROM MIDWAY CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST THE WINNER FOR INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH, UPON REVIEW THE STEWARDS MADE NO CHANGE. PER RULING ECM2024-330 FROM THE HIWU, FUTURE FLAY WAS DQ'D DUE TO A POSITIVE TEST.
