Chart notes
COWGIRL SARA set a pressured pace, responded when challenged turning for home to duel with the runer-up, lost the lead midway down the lane and came again gamely to prevail late in the drive. BOLD RUBY stalked the pace from three wide through the turn, rallied to engage the winner turning for home, battled through the lane taking the lead at the midway point and was out-finished late in the lane as second best. THELMA LUCILLE tracked the pace from the fence through the turn saving ground and rallied mildly to be best of the rest. SOMETHING LUCKY unhurried for the first quarter mile to be near the rear and made a steady advance passed weaker rivals in the lane. PRINCESS EM bumped by her outside rival away from the gate, settled into stride to be mid-pack and lacked a closing bid. PINK RACER broke awkwardly to give the field several lengths, settled into stride and showed some late interest coming home. LOTS OF SASS pressed the pace into the turn from two wide and tired midway on the bend. RON DAH LOU was in striking distance for a half and dropped back giving way. DRILLING was eased in the stretch and walked off.
