Chart notes
SUMTER tracked from inside out of range, cut into the pacesetters margin up the backstretch, reeled in MAN O ROSE on the far turn and put a head in front at the quarter pole, disposed of that rival into the stretch, remained clear into the final sixteenth and held over the late run from MI HERMANO RAMON in the closing moments. MI HERMANO RAMON saved ground from off the pace, moved off the fence in the lane, had to alter out a bit when EL POTENTE crossed in front midstretch, surged late but ran out of ground. EL POTENTE closest in pursuit from the inside early, dropped back off the pace on the clubhouse turn, drew closer on the far turn, followed the new leader a bit off the rail into the lane, finished gamely under right handed urging but could not summon the needed final kick. WAR AT SEA tracked two wide out of range, continued off the pace in the middle stages, gained in the two path on the far turn, steered out in the lane and finished willingly for a minor award. SEAL TEAM (GB) pulled for a bit when reserved outside a rival, settled into stride off the pace in the two path, continued a bit off the rail through the far turn, angled out at the top of the lane and offered a mild response to gain ground in the final furlong. MAN O ROSE sped clear and opened up around the first turn, held a diminished lead into the far turn, pressured by the winner at the five-sixteenths pole, relinquished the lead at the quarter pole, yielded into the lane, then churned on down stretch while losing positions in the late stages. EXAULTED traveled off the pace in the two path, remained two wide into the lane, tipped out into the stretch and lacked a rally. FLASHIEST broke a step slow, trailed on the inside, moved into the two path on the far turn, moved out in the stretch and never got involved. SARWAR (FR) bobbled at the start, pulled behind a rival early, raced on the inside towards the rear, ridden along on the turn, asked right handed leaving the bend and failed to menace.
