Chart notes
J J'S JOKER bumped with a rival at the start, moved up under urging then chased the pace, went around the turn in the four path, gained to take the lead in the five path into upper stretch, shook clear into the final furlong and proved best under steady urging. COOL OPERATOR showed speed and went to the front, moved in leaving the chute then shook clear near the three-quarter pole, was urged along in the two path for most of of the turn then dropped to the rail, lost the advantage near the three-sixteenths pole and was outfinished while able to get the place. HEARD ON THESTREET settled off the pace, was roused in the three then four path on the turn, pursued the top two in the stretch and lacked the needed kick. ARREBATO settled off the pace, moved closer late on the backstretch, chased inside for most of the turn then moved to the two path, pursued the top three wide in the stretch and also lacked the needed kick. BECAUSE THE NIGHT bumped with an opponent at the start and was last away, raced at the rear under urging, moved from the three path to the five path on the turn and lacked the needed response. LONELY RIDE dropped back while urged along on the outside, went around the turn in the four path, moved to the three path coming to the quarter-pole, shifted in a bit more in the stretch and also lacked the needed response. BADLANDS RULER was urged early then chased the pace, made a bid in the three path on the turn, dropped back in upper stretch and tired.
