Chart notes
WAR OF DESTINY broke sharp having the lead in the beginning, was reined back watching the engaged trio into the backstretch while travelling in the four path, settled in the second flight outside three wide at the half, edged closer two wide by the quarter pole, angled out in the four path posing the only threat and relentlessly wore down the stablemate in the last few jumps outside for the win. WAR TO REMEMBER battled for the lead three deep early on, pressed the issue just outside with a half mile left to run, cruised to the lead two wide at the quarter pole, spurted away mildly in upper stretch but was caught late being outfinished by the winner in deep stretch. CHAMBERS was ahead of only one rival down the backside, took closer order in the two path between horses but had to be steadied in tight surroundings at the half, resurged to pick up rivals three wide two furlongs remaining, shifted to the five path turning for home, did not switch leads down the lane and finished up willingly to be a distant third. SOMEKINDA MISCHIEF broke out on the break, was then hustled early on under a drive on the rail to go after the leaders at the five eighths pole, had to be steadied on the fence mid-backstretch when in tight, tracked the front pair on the rail throughout the turn, could not keep up to others when hard ridden at the quarter pole and found something in reserve late to finish up coming back on for a minor role in the end. PUZZLEMENT hopped slightly on the start, was checked mildly leaving the chute trailing by many down the backside, made little headway around the bend and managed to pass a straggler in deep stretch. FOURLEGSGOOD was bumped inside on the start, had a slim advantage between horses down the backside, battled on the fence narrowly on the lead around the turn, was collared outside at the quarter pole offering no resistance and wilted on the fence by mid-stretch.
