Chart notes
NALA rated nicely leaving the start, tracked the decent early pace from outside of rivals, was well placed into the turn and went two to three wide nearing the quarter marker, loomed into upper stretch, took command at the three-sixteenths and led to the furlong marker, drew clear into the final sixteenth, was a bit green into deep stretch but maintained a clear lead to the finish and held sway in a good debut. NEPHELE was prominent away from the start, took back and tracked the decent early pace while saving ground approaching the turn, was well placed into the bend then got caught in tight nearing the quarter pole, angled widest into upper stretch, could not make headway on her stablemate past mid-stretch, stayed on into the final sixteenth and outfinished the rest for second. WALK'N THE BEACH broke alertly, was hustled away from the start and disputed the early pace from outside of rivals, engaged with WINSOME LOVE and contested the decent pace outside of that runner entering the turn, showed the way while pressed to the quarter marker, was overtaken by NALA into upper stretch, chased the winner into the final sixteenth, yielded to the top pair in deep stretch and was well clear at the wire for third. WINSOME LOVE away in good order, vied for the early lead between rivals, engaged with WALK'N THE BEACH and contested the pace inside of that rival heading to the turn, saved ground into the bend and pressed the decent pace to the quarter pole, lost position into upper stretch and weakened in the final furlong. GIDDY UP BUTTERCUP bobbled at the start and was away slowly, spotted the field in the early stages and was not a factor in the stretch drive.
