Chart notes
ONE RED CENT bumped at the start, stalked the pace through the turn, rallied three wide, was struck once with a left handed crop past the furlong marker, gained a narrow lead late and proved best under confident handling. NOTORIOUS SIXOHTWO bumped at the start, prompted the pace two wide into the turn, made the lead nearing the quarter pole, battled with the winner the balance of the trip and just failed while under left handed urging. SALTA made the lead soon after the start, set the pace along the inside for nearly a half, kept on to the furlong marker and faded late. SMALL SAILOR failed to menace. RED DEVOLUTION stalked the early pace four wide and was through after a half. VOORHEES was no factor. MEROKEE dropped back and trailed.
