Chart notes
ARA sent to assume early command, set a prompted pace nearing the half-mile pole, shook free into the turn and carved out decent fractions nearing the quarter marker, drew off into the stretch, was kept to task into the final sixteenth and was geared down late to win as much the best. DESTINY'S DIVA settled off of the moderate early pace, chased two to three wide and between rivals into the turn, was no match for the winner in the stretch drive, was able to offer a mild late rally and was second best in the end. DAVID N RAYS CANDY prominent leaving the start, chased the moderate early pace outside of ARA, lost ground to that rival into the turn, ran in pursuit wo to three wide nearing the quarter marker, could not keep pace with the winner into the stretch, gave way in the late stages and was outfinished for second, while well clear of the rest for third. BEVERLY T was squeezed at the start and off slowly, settled off of the early pace, saved ground into the turn and failed to threaten in the stretch drive. GOOLAWAY settled off of the moderate early pace, was guided three to four wide into the turn, was outrun to the quarter pole and lacked a late response.
