Chart notes
PRANCING SPIRIT broke in then was hustled to the front, showed the way down the backstretch, vied inside of two foes while along the rail on the turn, battled with the runner-up while put to a right-handed crop in upper stretch, switched to a left-handed crop outside the eighth-pole, was given one final pop of the crop into the final furlong then drew clear under a strong hand-ride to prove much the best. I'M VERY SWEET broke a bit awkwardly and a half-step slow, chased the pace on the outside, made a bid leaving the backstretch, vied outside of two opponents in the three path on the turn, was put to a right-handed crop while dueling with the winner in upper stretch, switched to a left-handed crop near the furlong marker and proved no match while clear for the place. SECURITY DETAIL was reluctant to load, raced on the outside while ridden along, went around the turn in the four path and lacked the needed response. GRAND CROSSING broke in and was off a half-step slow then hustled, chased the pace then made a bid late on the backstretch, vied in the two path while between horses on the turn, steadied outside the quarter-pole then dropped back, remained on her inside lead in upper stretch and tired. LONG WAVE was reluctant to load, stumbled at the start and was off a step slow, raced at the rear under some urging, was taken in hand late on the backstretch, saved ground while roused on the turn and failed to threaten. FOUND GRACE broke in but was quickly corrected, raced towards the back under urging, moved from the two path to the three path early on the turn, shifted to the five path outside the three-eighths pole, remained in the five path into the stretch and failed to respond.
