Chart notes
LASER SHARP four then three wide in pursuit, got set down spinning two to three wide into upper stretch, took over command with three-sixteenths to go, edged clear under a drive to the eighth pole, dug in under lone late threat and held on to the finish. FORWARD MOVE coaxed from the gate, chased just off the inside and then along the inside coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, spun just off the inside into upper stretch nudging HATCH three wide, dug in under a drive surging late to miss at the end. HATCH coaxed from the start, chased three then two wide under a ride from the three-eighths, got nudged three wide into upper stretch by FORWARD MOVE, kept on under a drive to secure the show honors. TOMMY TWO SOCKS coaxed from the gate, chased four to five wide under urging from midway on the turn, continued four to five wide at the top of the stretch, weakened in the late stages. JAVA BUZZ coaxed from the gate, showed the way in hand along the inside and then just of the inside through the turn coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, took the inside route into upper stretch and yielded the front at the three-sixteenths, then weakened through to the wire. DILLINGER coaxed from the gate, chased along the inside under coaxing from the three-eighths, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and trailed.
