KING OF DRAGONS shifted in and bumped rival at the start, pulled briefly early, tugged the rider forward up the backstretch, ran up on the heels of the leader leaving the backstretch, waited for room through the turn, roused at the top of the lane once in the clear, bid inside the top pair with a sixteenth remaining and dug in late to edge SABERTOOTH in the end. SABERTOOTH coaxed along two wide at the back early, chase three deep into the far turn, swung five wide leaving that bend, closed in and latched onto the leader midstretch, fought three deep into the final sixteenth and got outclosed by the winner. MILES FINCH showed early speed outside a rival then took a stalking position in the two path on the clubhouse turn, bid three wide around the far turn, took over in upper stretch and led clear into the final furlong, lost command at the sixteenth pole and yielded to the top pair late. GIANT LUTHER got bumped by the winner and took up early, tucked inside at the back, had one rival beat into the far turn, angled out and came five wide into the lane, summoned a mild rally and rounded out the superfecta. RIDING BY sat well off the pace two then three wide early, trailed up the backstretch, went three wide into the far turn, angled down to the inside then came two wide into the lane, moved out and kept on to improve position. NO POKING AROUND broke inward, vied inside a rival then cleared, lost command while dueling up the backstretch, regained the advantage early on the far turn, asked right handed late on the bend, lost command at the top of the lane and weakened in the final furlong. DAY AT THE TRACK stalked two wide early, three deep at the half-mile pole, chased four wide around the far turn and weakened in the drive. CHECK'S ON THE WAY raced in range from inside, lost positions through the far turn and failed to respond down the lane. MARC THE MONEY MAN tracked along the rail, went between rivals then two wide on the far turn and failed to rally. ZAGREUS settled inside then moved over to the two path on the first turn, crept closer up the backstretch, went between rivals on the far turn, driven three wide into the lane and faded. THREE GEORGES raced up close three deep into the first turn, took over past the five-eighths pole and dueled from outside up the backstretch, lost the lead early on the far turn, yielded past the quarter pole and folded.
