DUELA DENT set the pace on the inside, dueled with CHANCE OCCURRENCE past the quarter pole, responded when roused, put away that rival and drew clear passing the sixteenth pole, driving. CHANCE OCCURRENCE stalked close up two wide, bid on the turn, dueled with the winner, dug in to midstretch and came up second best. LOVE LIKE CRAZY tracked close up inside, chased on the turn, angled out in upper stretch and finished evenly for third. QUEEN CATALINA raced off the rail, off the pace, came three wide into the lane and lacked a rally. ODE TO EDIE chased two wide, chased two wide into the lane and had no rally. STAY OPPORTUNISTIC raced off the pace inside, saved ground on the turn and failed to threaten. SUNNY SIDE UP was fractious in the gate, moving prior to the gates opening, then lunged and was off slowly, chased three wide, chased on the turn and tired.
