SIENNOIS (IRE) settled towards the rear on the fence, saved ground through the far turn as well, rallied up the inside, fought inside rivals into deep stretch and bested CIRO DI MARZIO in the end. CIRO DI MARZIO pulled behind a rival and had to steady early, tracked from inside, cut the corner into the lane, challenged into the final furlong, put a head in front outside the sixteenth pole but got outkicked by the winner late. LAHAINA FLAVOR tucked inside at the back, saved ground trailing to the stretch, moved out in the lane, rallied under left handed urging, had to pause briefly at the sixteenth pole, then resumed his attack and got up for third. INVIGORATED raced up close in the two path, challenged the leader from outside with three furlongs remaining, kept the pressure on into the final furlong, took over briefly in midstretch before being overtaken by CIRO DI MARZIO and yielded late. LOTTERY PICK laid well off the pace on the inside, moved out on the backstretch, angled to the four path on the far turn, summoned a mild rally in the drive and improved position. MIDDLEBURG reserved on the inside, tipped two wide into the lane, ran into traffic midstretch and kept on once in the clear. OSCAR JOY stalked from inside, angled out and bumped rival into the lane and could not find more when needed. ON THE WHIM steadied off heels early, stalked two wide in hand, roused between rivals on the far turn, got bumped chasing three wide into the lane and could not summon the needed late kick. SINE QUA NON raced outside a rival near the back, angled four wide into the stretch and failed to rally. TRANCHE sped clear and showed the way in the early going, took pressure from outer rival at the three-eighths pole, resisted to the eighth pole, then relinquished the lead and weakened in deep stretch. PROMISSIO sat off the pace in the two path, pulled between rivals at the five-eighths pole, moved out and gained three deep on the backstretch, spun four wide into the lane, moved out in the drive and weakened. BLAMETHEGOODTIMES chased three deep in mid-pack, coaxed along two wide into the far turn, came three wide into the drive, tired in the lane and was eased in the furlong grounds.
