Chart notes
DADDY JUSTIFY stalked from inside, bid two wide late on the far turn, kicked clear in upper stretch under right handed encouragement and was ridden out to the wire. MINING DISTRICT dueled inside rival three then two wide on the clubhouse turn, vied inside a pair of rivals on the backstretch, edged clear approaching the far turn, challenged by DADDY JUSTIFY late on the bend, yielded to that rival in upper stretch and stayed on for a clear second. SUPREME COAST reserved in the opening stages in the two path then found the rail around the clubhouse turn, followed within range into the far turn, roused past the five-sixteenths pole, could not threaten the top pair in the stretch run but churned on for a clear third. WHATS THE BUZZ stumbled to the front at the start then took a stalking position in the two path, asked between runners two to three wide on the second bend, then flattened out in the lane while having the rider lose the crop midstretch. CROWN COUNCIL chased four deep around the clubhouse turn, challenged for command three deep on the backstretch, could not keep up into the far turn, rounded that bend four then three wide and faded. CAUGHT IN THE DARK chased outside a pair of rivals early, weakened three then four wide on the far turn and was eased in the lane. LE MANS showed keen early foot dueling outside a rival in the four then three path on the clubhouse turn, vied between up the backstretch, dropped back around the far turn and was eased in the lane.
