Chart notes
CLOCK TOWER broke well, cleared quickly and crossed over, took pressure from LAZLO in the middle stages, shook free with three furlongs remaining, came under a ride in upper stretch and drew away under right handed urging. SCIPIO got knocked into inner rival at the start, tucked inside at the back, angled outside a pair of rivals into the far turn, advanced three then four deep around the bend, loomed in upper stretch but could not find the needed late kick to reach the winner. ORIGAMI (IRE) bumped leaving the gate, settled inside, tipped two wide at the quarter pole, spun three wide into the lane, brushed with outer rival at the top of the stretch and got up for third. GAME WARRIOR stalked three then two wide around the clubhouse turn, chased two then three wide on the second bend, lacked the needed response in the final furlong and got edged for the show honors. SNOWDONIA raced outside a rival at the back, continued two wide into the far turn, chased three deep at the quarter pole, entered the lane in the four path, brushed with ORIGAMI (IRE) shortly after and failed to summon the needed response in the lane. PRINCE DOLCE stalked the pace from the rail position, was pushed on through the far turn, cut the corner into the lane and weakened. LAZLO broke in and bumped SCIPIO, was closest in pursuit from the two path early, went up to apply pressure from outside in the middle stages, could not keep up with the winner into the far turn, chased two wide around the bend and faded down the lane.
