INFASTUATION showed speed then set the pace, was challenged while along the rail on the turn, responded well when roused coming to the quarter-pole, came out into upper stretch then was put to a left-handed crop, switched to a right-handed crop at the furlong marker, drifted in outside the sixteenth-pole, was placed under a strong hand-ride from that point into the final strides then was eased up some while best. LOOKIN TO ROCK tossed her head at the start and was off a step slow, was urged along off the pace, gained in the three path on the turn, made a bid outside the quarter-pole, turned into the stretch in the four path, pursued the winner in the drive, kept on in the final furlong and was clear for the place. JUST WORDS stalked the pace on the outside, was let out near the seven-sixteenths pole, raced in the two path on the turn, made a bid between horses outside the five-sixteenths pole, spun into the stretch in the three path, chased while remaining on her inside lead into the final furlong, swapped to the proper lead shortly thereafter, drifted in outside the sixteenth-pole and weakened but was clear for the show. CLASSICALS FINALE was well placed down the backstretch, saved ground while asked on the turn, pursued the leader under a drive into the final furlong, moved out late and lacked the needed kick. INSTANT VISION was off slow then ducked in and spotted the front many lengths, moved up under urging then was taken in hand off heels near the five-eighths pole, remained under some restraint while off the pace, was roused while racing from the two path to the four path on the turn and failed to threaten. HEAVENS LEE was off slow and spotted the front several lengths, raced at the rear under urging, went around the turn in the three to five path and was no factor. BOURBON BLANKET settled off the pace, dropped back into kickback near the nine-sixteenths pole then fell further back, moved from the rail to the two path on the turn and failed to respond.
