Chart notes

HALO RANDO came away well then rated just behind LAST BABY to the turn, moved alongside passing the three furlong pole traveling well, assumed command at the top of the stretch and drew clear under a hand ride. IT AINT OVER tracked three wide down the backstretch, went into a drive with three furlongs to go, sustained into the stretch and gained second but could not get to the winner. ALPINE SERMON shied from LAST BABY after the break then pulled to forward position while racing three wide, was put in a little tight approaching the turn by stablemate HALO RANDO, took the two path through the turn, tipped out to the three path for the stretch run, was making up some ground but was too late. LAST BABY veered out after the break and bothered ALPINE SERMON then was rushed to the lead, was pressed to the outside by HALO RANDO, came under a ride from the three furlong pole, gave way readily before the stretch then had little to offer late. HOT GOBLIN broke well, tracked the pace from the inside, started to struggle to keep up approaching the three furlong marker, came under heavy pressure and could not make an impact.
