Chart notes
LILLZ HOPE was under a tight hold content to be at the rear down the backside, started to uncork a rally four wide through the turn around horses, swung out widest in the seven path having clear run on the contesting front pair in upper stretch and with a full head of steam swept past the tiring lead duo at the sixteenth pole for the win. SECRET BUTTERFLY had a narrow advantage between foes at the break, battled outside just relinquishing the lead three eighths from home, fought on stubbornly around the bend, determinedly vied between foes at the furlong marker, finally won the duel between the other early speed rival with a sixteenth to go but could not fend off the deep stretch surging winner on the outside late. SHAMELESS AFFAIR pressed the issue on the rail in the beginning, turned up the pressure actually getting a head in front at the three furlong marker, went head-to-head inside up top around the turn, continued to argue with the other early speed foe down the stretch, had little left in deep stretch and faded inside foes to capture the show award at the wire. MOET MONET broke sharp, settled in midfield in the two path along the backside, travelled in the second flight with rivals on either side around the bend making little progression and finished up willingly for a minor role in the end. SIGIRIYA settled near the rear, ahead of the eventual winner down the backside, offered a brief rally on the rail at the three eighths pole, was relegated back to the rear with a quarter mile remaining and could only manage to pass a weary foe in deep stretch. PORSHAS RUN veered out at the start, tracked three deep in the early going, edged closer to the embattled duo while three wide on the turn, shifted out six wide in range at the top of the lane, shorten stride in upper stretch, stayed on the wrong lead and folded at the furlong marker.
