Chart notes
WILLFUL DESIRE tracked the early pace, then stalked the top two three wide on the turn, made a three to four wide bid nearing the quarter pole and kicked clear leaving the turn and drew out to prove best under a drive. JACKIE THE JOKER broke outwardly at the start, chased the early pace and then shifted out to be four wide entering the turn, moved down to the three path and came three wide off the bend, moved out in the lane and had a mild late kick to gain the place award. R FUNNY BIZNESS was bumped at the break, settled back to trail the field, raced towards the inside on the turn and swung out wide leaving the turn and had a late rally on the outside. EVERLYS GIRL prompted the pace two wide, made a two to three wide to vie for the lead in between rivals by the quarter pole but faded in the final furlong. SISTER LINDA was bumped at the break, settled on the inside and continued to save ground on the turn and cut the corner leaving the turn but had no kick in the drive. BAD CONNECTION was away alertly to set the pace on the inside and was headed by the quarter pole, angled off the inside leaving the three sixteenths and weakened. GRINGOTTS was reserved early, three wide on the turn and had no response.
