Chart notes

CHAMPAGNE CAMIE bobbled slightly at the start, was closest in pursuit up the backstretch, took aim two wide into the lane, seized control approaching the three-sixteenths pole, led clear into the final furlong and held safely to the wire. TIERGARTEN got crowded between rivals early, chased in the two path entering the turn then went between rivals, tipped three wide at the five-sixteenths pole, loomed from outside in upper stretch, finished determinedly in the final furlong but had to settle for second best. CHOLLIMA lacked early speed, trailed two wide into the turn, four wide into the lane and showed a mild rally to earn the show honors. GYPSY LYNN took control outside rivals then crossed over once in the clear, led along the rail through the bend, relinquished the lead to the winner in upper stretch and weakened in the furlong grounds. WOODBINE WAY stalked the lone leader inside rivals, asked right handed leaving the turn, moved out in the drive and also weakened. JEWELOFAKID had early speed four deep then ceded command and stalked the leader outside rivals up the backstretch, rounded the bend three then four wide and tired.
