Chart notes

NO D'ORO came away well and was content to sit behind COWBOY KISSES through the early stages racing two deep, was travelling well as the pair turned into the stretch then surged ahead when set down passing the three-sixteenths pole and held clear to the wire despite racing on the wrong lead down the stretch. COWBOY KISSES broke sharply and took the lead right from the break with the rest in close attendance, pulled away along with NO D'ORO leaving the three furlong pole, battled briefly then gave way in upper stretch but kept on well to hold the place. BLUE SILVER broke well and raced up close on the inside to the turn, could not go on with the top pair when the pace quickened with about three furlongs to run, finished evenly. GIANOLA broke out a the start and steadied briefly to avoid contact with BLUE SILVER spotting the rest a head start, chased down the backstretch and into the turn, launched a mild bid late but did not make an impact. MR. FIGHTER raced wide down the backstretch and was already under a ride passing the five furlong pole, was not responding to steady handling and went one-paced to the finish.
