Chart notes
OUT N OUT DISGRACE came in a bit at the start but broke on top, was reserved into the first turn taken back off the pace tucking in behind the leader, moved out and advanced into and on the far turn, bid three wide past the quarter pole floating out a further path leaving that bend and now with the lead, drew clear while drifting out under left-handed urging. LONNY'S GAMBLE was bumped at the start, settled off the inside mid-pack, raced in behind the leaders on the far turn, waited for room past the quarter pole, came in a bit at the top of the stretch but had to steady and alter back out, found room between soon after, could not reach the winner, got the nod for place. BOLD RIPASSO was forced out into a rival at the start bobbling slightly, settled outside a foe at the rear, advanced four wide outside foes on the far turn to reach striking distance, appeared to even out a bit but fought on outside a rival for the place but was simply outfinished. PAT'S HOLIDAY broke outwardly, settled inside at the rear, angled out at the quarter pole, came to the top of the stretch five wide, ran on evenly. ITS IN THE CARDS moved forward and clear into the first turn shifting in to set the pace just off the rail, was overtaken. ONE SMOOTH STONE was forwardly-placed stalking three to four wide, ridden along three furlongs out but had no late response.
