Chart notes
REYNALDO P. set the pace racing along the inside, responded when challenged by ON YOUR LEFT near in the quarter pole, dueled with that one to deep stretch and edged clear late. ON YOUR LEFT prompted REYNALO P from along the outside, moved up to join that one nearing the quarter pole to offer a bid but was unable to stay with that one late. JMARK was reserved off the pace, came three-wide into the stretch and rallied late. RINGO steadied shortly after the start when PEEKAY unseated his rider then was allowed to settle while saved ground and failed to seriously threaten. ARBITRO was unhurried while racing four-wide on the turn and was not a factor. PEEKAY stumbled at the start and unseated his rider then was walked off following the finish of the race. THE STEWARDS CONDUCTED AN INQUIRY INTO THE START BUT AFTER VIEWING THE FILMS MADE NO CHANGE IN THE ORDER OF FINISH.
