Chart notes
VOBISCUM sprinted to the front, saved ground, drove clear around the second turn, pulled away and won under urging. YAKETY YAK raced within striking distance, came around the second turn on the outside, made a bid, proved no match for the winner, but got up for second. BOBBY MERLOT void of early speed, made a steady gain, made a late bid, racing five wide and was outfinished for second. OUT MAKING TREBLE raced within striking distance, saved ground around the final turn and finished evenly on the rail. WICKED TOUGH showed early speed and faded down the home stretch. HAY DIDDLE DIDDLE raced evenly near the back, had an outside trip and was vanned off. WATCH THE COAST raced near the middle of the field, faded and was no threat late. ROCKY BOY always raced near the back, raced outside around the first turn and was never close.
