OLD HOMESTEAD challenged on the front end, dueled down the home stretch and drove clear before the wire. UNCASHED vied for the early lead, saved ground around the turn, dueled down the lane, was outfinished for the win, but proved best of others. LAGOON void of early speed, raced outside around the turn, improved position, but was no match for the top two. STRONG PROMISE lacked early speed, made a mild bid and was outfinished for third. DOUBLEDIAMOND DEAL flashed brief speed, dropped back and was no threat late.
