Chart notes
SAILING SOLO bumped with an inner rival at the start, stalked two wide, pursued three wide and between horses into the lane, sustained gradual progress to bid outside of the leader at the sixteenth pole and edged past. SKI PATROL stalked along the inside, bid two wide entering the lane, led leaving the three sixteenths pole, but was collared by an outer bidder at the sixteenth pole then saved place. WICKED TRICK laid well back in the three path, crept closer four wide leaving the five furlong pole, tracked in the three path around the far turn, tipped back four wide into the lane, sustained slow progress to be within striking range in the final furlong, but failed to offer a bid along with an inner rival at the sixteenth pole and missed place at the wire. Z Z'S PRINCE tracked from midpack in the three path, chased along the inside turning for home, encountered traffic behind the leaders in the three path in upper stretch, but lacked a bid once clear. NILES CHANNEL bobbled slightly and was firmly bumped by an inner rival into an outer foe at the start, laid well back in the two path and moved up between horses. MY BARILEY broke slowly, trailed along the inside, took the far turn in the three path before swinging widest in upper stretch, and stayed on willingly. PERFECT STAR set a clear pace around both turns, but was caught by an outer bidder in upper stretch and weakened. LIL BRO COOP pursued two wide, chased along the inside around the far turn, shifted out in upper stretch and tired. HALEYS SAILOR pursued from midpack along the inside, saved ground further back around the far turn and faded. PATH TO SUCCESS lunged outwardly and firmly jostled an outer rival at the start, laid off of the pace along the inside, then in the three path around the far turn and made little impact.
