Chart notes
WINDRIBBON broke a step slow, stalked off the rail, chased three wide through the turn, moved out to take aim at the leader at the top of the lane, latched onto JACK SIXPACK at the eighth pole and bested the runner-up under hand urging. JACK SIXPACK chased briefly then vied between rivals, dueled outside HOT BOX past the three-eighths pole, drew clear leaving the bend, challenged by WINDRIBBON with a furlong remaining and was outgamed in the last sixteenth. MY MAN BAGS took control quickly then vied three deep up the backstretch, lost touch with inner rivals with three furlongs remaining, entered the lane in the three path, churned on down the stretch and earned the show honors. HOT BOX broke a step slow, moved up to challenge for command inside a pair of rivals, dueled with JACK SIXPACK past the three-eighths pole, failed to keep up into the lane and weakened in the final furlong. UPWARD MOBILITY tracked well off the rail, navigated the turn four then five wide and was never a factor.
