Chart notes
TOOK CHARGE set the pace inside a pair of rivals, cleared at the three-sixteenths pole and drew away. BALADI lost his path shortly after the start, chased four wide into the turn, got floated out to the six path by CHICK'S DIG it on the turn, finished willingly from outside and bested the rest. GEEZER pressed three deep in the early stages, fought outside rivals three then four wide on the turn, could not kick on with the winner at the three-sixteenths pole but churned on to regain the show honors late. DEVIL BE ME pressed between rivals, fought three wide into the stretch, lost touch with the winner at the three-sixteenths pole, flattened in the late stages and lost third, bled following the race and walked off. CHICK'S DIG IT stalked two wide into the turn, drifted out around the bend, chased five wide into the lane and weakened.
