Chart notes

FULL MOON GRAZEN was crowded at the start and was last away from the gate, allowed to settle in the early stages, loomed between runners along the turn then awaited racing room nearing the top of the stretch, found a seam at the three-sixteenths, rallied and vied for the lead approaching mid-stretch, took command and drew off into the final sixteenth, was ridden out in deep stretch and was much the best at the finish. SPICY ROSSO prominent away from the start, vied for the early lead from outside of rivals, stalked the moderate pace three to four wide into the turn, battled for the lead into the stretch, was no match for FULL MOON GRAZEN into the final sixteenth and was a clear second. STAY WICKED was squeezed leaving the start and broke a bit slowly, unhurried in the early stages, advanced while five to six wide along the turn, raced widest into the stretch, could not impact the top pair into the final sixteenth, kept on into deep stretch and just got up for third on the wire. PEBBLES B AWESOME vied for the early lead from between runners, got shuffled back at the five furlong marker, chased the moderate pace from between foes heading to the half-mile pole, gained ground four to five wide nearing the quarter marker, ran evenly to mid-stretch while in contention, was outrun in the final furlong and just missed for third at the finish. JAGER ANGEL sent leaving the start, vied for the early lead from inside of runners, took a narrow advantage and set the pace heading to the half-mile marker, carved out moderate fractions while pressured into the turn, set the pace two to three wide nearing the quarter pole, battled into upper stretch, was overtaken at the furlong marker, faded in the final sixteenth and was outfinished for the minor awards. LA' MOMINA hustled away from the start, vied for the early lead from between runners, got caught in tight at the five furlong pole and checked out of trouble at that station, chased the moderate pace from the inside approaching the turn, was put to a drive along the bend and ran in pursuit to the quarter pole, steadied while in tight into upper stretch, could not muster a response in the stretch drive and tired. GOLDEN FISC prominent away from the start, vied for the early lead from between rivals, pressed the moderate pace outside of JAGER ANGEL heading to the half-mile pole, pressed three wide and between runners into the turn, lost position into upper stretch and weakened in the stretch drive. SURF STAR took back to track the moderate early pace from inside of runners, saved ground into the turn and chased to the quarter marker, lacked a response in the stretch and did not factor late. MADDIE JANE chased the moderate pace from outside of rivals, inched closer while five wide nearing the quarter marker, was outrun into upper stretch and gave way in the final furlong.
