Chart notes
TRUMPED bumped with VALE soon after the start when that one came in slightly, steadied and in turn came in setting off a chain reaction of interference to his inside, quickly recovered to get clear and show the way into the turn, continued to hold the advantage through the bend and into the stretch, responded when challenged by the runner up nearing the furlong grounds, found more, dug in late to prevail. VALE leaned into TRUMPED soon after the start and bumped with that one, straightened, chased that same rival into the turn in the three path, continued that pursuit the middle quarter, challenged outside nearing the furlong marker, dueled to the wire and was outfinished to miss.. LUNAR MODULE put in tight by the incident soon after the start, bumped, checked up, settled off the pace just off the rail, continued in the two path turn, staged a rally to annex the show. ETERNALLY GRATEFUL off a step slow then was bothered in traffic soon after, void of early foot just off the inside, lodged a belated rally and narrowly missed the show. GOLDEN LUNA brushed soon after the start and was bothered, recovered to race forwardly and inside, weakened in the drive. HI YAH slammed in tight quarters and was forced to take up soon after the start, raced in mid pack, four wide exiting the turn, failed to muster a response. IT'S MY HOUSE slammed early in traffic after the break, took up, raced back, pulled up early in the turn, was transported off the track via equine ambulance. FOLLOWING A STEWARDS' INQUIRY REGARDING THE INCIDENT SOON AFTER THE START AND A CLAIM OF FOUL BY THE RIDER OF LUNAR MODULE AGAINST BOTH TRUMPED AND VALE, THE LATTER WAS DISQUALIFIED AND PLACED SIXTH.
