Chart notes
CONDEMNATION vied with GOOD MUSIC for the early lead, responded when headed by COUNTRY RUCKUS nearing the quarter pole, took the lead from that one coming to the eighth pole and gradually edged clear. GIFT OF OAK was allowed to settle, came five-wide into the stretch and closed strongly. PALACE TEMPTATION hopped at the start then moved up along the inside to be forwardly placed, was in tight nearing the half mile pole and dropped back while continuing to save ground, angled out to be three-wide nearing the eighth pole and rallied late. COUNTRY RUCKUS prompted the pace racing along the inside, slipped through to take the lead nearing the quarter pole and continued to lead to near the eight pole and weakened. STREAKY saved ground while being unhurried and failed to seriously threaten. GOOD MUSIC vied with CONDEMNATION for the early lead while racing two-wide, angled out to come four-wide into the stretch and tired.
