Chart notes
WILDCAT DREAM quickly opened a clear lead then saved ground setting the pace and gradually increased her advantage late. JACK'S YACHT QUEEN was allowed to settle while racing two-wide, moved up to offer a mild bid nearing the quarter pole, could not reach the winner but proved to be second best. RUMOURS FLY was unhurried early, came three-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. MANGORITA was reserved off the pace, came five-wide into the stretch and went evenly late. MARY KATHERINE saved ground tracking WILDCAT DREAM, angled out to come four-wide into the stretch but lacked a rally. NELL'S BELLS raced in the back of the field early, came four-wide into the stretch and failed to seriously threaten. MAIDEN ROCK settled in the middle of the field while racing four-wide, came five-wide into the stretch and tired.
