Chart notes
WRITE OFF JERRY trailed along the inside, advanced two wide turning for home, rallied up the rail to bid inside of the leading trio in upper stretch, forged an advantage leaving the furlong grounds, then held firm from a persistent outer foe. WARRIOR RICHARD leaned outwardly while off a beat slow, settled off of the pace in the two path, closed in gradually turning for home, swung out to the six path entering the lane to bid outside of rivals in upper stretch, got outkicked by his ground-saving stablemate leaving the furlong grounds then fought on gamely thereafter but was kept at bay. WISH ME HOME was floated inwardly by an outer rival at the start, tracked while moving out to the three path around the first turn, crept closer to take aim outside of the leader turning for home, tipped out to the five path entering the lane, bid between rivals in upper stretch, but was outkicked by co-bidders on either side approaching the final furlong, battled for show with an inner rival thereafter and narrowly prevailed. OVERANALYTICAL leaned outwardly and brushed the outer stall door upon leaving the gate, sped clear early on, showed the way in the two path with an uncontested margin, but was caught between bidders at the three sixteenths pole, dueled with an outer foe for show through the final furlong but missed. SUMMER IN AIKEN broke a bit inwardly, stalked in the three to two path around the first turn, but began to tire approaching the far turn and weakened along the inside around that bend before being eased through the lane.
