Chart notes
FEELING WOOZY , confidently handled four wide tracking the pace, dropped in a path nearing the far turn then bid in hand outside REGALO, sparred while remaining under rating past the five sixteenths, spurted clear into the stretch while about four wide, responded when asked soon after then held firm while kept to task. UNION FLEET broke slowly, regrouped and was taken to rate in the clear while well off the early pace, crept up off the inside leaving the far turn, angled five wide into the stretch, sustained a grinding run through the final three sixteenths and earned the place. MAGIC MICHAEL , four then three wide outside rivals stalking the pace, moved up a bit and took up hard chase of the embattled leaders leaving the three eighths, came a bit wider for the drive, pursued past mid stretch then was out finished between foes. ARMANDO R lagged back while well off the inside, was put to a ride leaving the far turn, circled five to six wide into the stretch and found his best stride too late. REGALO , a bit keen four wide heading to a clear lead nearing the seven eighths, dropped in and set the pace towards the inner rail, was joined from his outside by the winner with three eighths to go, battled to upper stretch then gave way grudgingly through the final seventy yards. EXCELLORATOR , three wide between horses while in range early on, was under pressure leaving the half, failed to kick on and faded. KARAN'S NOTION saved ground stalking the pace, failed to keep pace while under asking past the three eighths and weakened.
